Job Summary
This role is for an IT Customer Support and IT Coordination Specialist within the Ministry of Interior, Digitization, and Communities in Baden-Württemberg. The successful candidate will be a key part of the IT service desk, acting as the first point of contact for approximately 600 ministry employees. Daily tasks involve IT material management, coordinating with external IT service providers for technical field services, and providing first and second-level support for communication tools, Windows clients, and IT infrastructure. The position also includes managing video conferencing technology for meetings and special events. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a proactive, service-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a willingness to engage with new technologies.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training of at least three years, preferably in information and communication technology fields; or equivalent skills and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in information and communication technology
- Experience with iOS devices (hardware and software) in a business environment is desirable
- Experience in IT service management is desirable
- Experience in IT support is desirable
