This role seeks an experienced expert to lead a research group focused on plant-microorganism interactions within sustainable horticulture. The successful candidate will coordinate research activities, manage projects, and publish findings in international journals. A key responsibility involves acquiring third-party funding for research related to horticultural practice. The position also requires conceptual collaboration in the leadership team to further develop the research center beyond 2028. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree and PhD in Biology or Biosciences

Experience

  • At least 3 years of research experience in microbiology, molecular biology, horticulture, or plant sciences
  • Extensive experience in third-party funding acquisition

  • Extensive experience in leading a research team
