Day-to-day tasks include setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting issues for users, maintaining and configuring printers and multifunction devices, and installing standard software. The specialist will also manage the issuance and return of IT equipment and mobile devices, providing initial user instructions, and offering technical support for both in-person and remote meetings.
