Job Summary

This role involves ensuring high software quality by defining and monitoring appropriate quality metrics, participating in requirements analysis, and guiding changes from concept to implementation. A key responsibility is the continuous development of the test strategy, including building and maintaining automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines. You will create test specifications, execute manual and automated tests, perform error analysis, and optimize testing tools like the GitLab pipeline. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical team player who can coach colleagues in QA best practices (such as TDD and BDD). This is a temporary fixed-term project engagement with remote work options, offering the chance to work with a renowned Swiss company, provided you possess strong technical skills and fluency in German.
