Job Summary

As a Building Management Site Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, ensuring the delivery of all contracted services for your assigned property. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical building management, overseeing complex technical systems and managing infrastructural services. This role requires a strong background in technical building services, ideally with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer in areas like facility management, HVAC, or electrical engineering. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with SAP and Planon is a plus. A Class B driver's license is also required. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and manage critical building operations for a leading multi-technical services provider.
