Job Summary

This strategic role requires developing and implementing the HR strategy to support corporate objectives and actively manage ongoing organizational transformation. The Head of HR will lead a dedicated HR team, fostering their professional and personal growth, while ensuring full compliance with Swiss labor law and internal directives across the entire employee lifecycle. A key focus is the professionalization and consolidation of HR processes. You will serve as a strategic sparring partner to management, providing advice on complex issues related to labor law, organization, and strategy. Furthermore, you are responsible for actively promoting cultural integration, strengthening a positive corporate culture, and enhancing employee loyalty. Success requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills, coupled with fluency in German, English, and French.
