Job Summary

As a Lead Engineer, you will be a key member of a global, interdisciplinary team, developing cutting-edge solutions for Bare Metal as-a-Service (BMaaS) and Virtual Machine as-a-Service (VMaaS). This role involves leveraging both market-available software products and custom-developed solutions. You will collaborate extensively with architecture, product management, infrastructure, transformation, and DevOps teams to design and deploy these solutions internally. A critical aspect of the role is analyzing existing integrations with IT management systems (Configuration, Change, Incident, Security Management) and working closely with software vendors to ensure user-friendliness and programmatic (API) accessibility. You will also be responsible for integrating solutions seamlessly with other platforms like "Cloud Management" and ensuring full automation through DevOps practices and comprehensive documentation.
