Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Development Engineer within the Bulk Payments Tribe, which is responsible for providing technological solutions for the bank's mass payments, including the critical SEPA payment engine. The core function is to actively enhance or develop new payment solutions, encompassing system maintenance, bug fixing, and supporting the full lifecycle of new solutions from conception and development through to production launch. Key responsibilities include continuous system updates using agile methodologies like SCRUM. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong development experience, and expertise in microservice architecture, modern development tools (Maven, Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and specific technologies like Java 17/21, Spring frameworks (Batch, Boot, Cloud), and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, HTML5). Experience with Cloud technologies such as OpenShift/GCP is highly desirable.
