Job Summary

As the Head of Supply Chain Excellence for Audemars Piguet, you will be tasked with leading and developing a team of approximately ten professionals, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director. Your core mission involves defining and executing strategic actions aimed at dramatically increasing the efficiency, responsiveness, and quality of processes across the entire value chain. This role requires building and maintaining strategic evolution plans aligned with group objectives, coordinating project resources, and defining the overarching Supply Chain model. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant Supply Chain degree, proven management experience, and mastery of project management and performance indicators (KPIs). Success depends on a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to challenge existing structures for improvement, and fluent communication skills in both French and English.
