Job Summary

This role, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager within a team of six, is crucial for ensuring the evolution and high performance of the global Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP), specifically Cornerstone. The Lead Coordinator acts as the functional reference point for the platform, ensuring governance, configuration, and workflows align with global business needs. A key focus involves optimizing the user experience in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams, providing technical support, and managing training events. Furthermore, the role involves significant data responsibilities, including defining the data model, designing reports and dashboards, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to derive useful insights. This position requires proven experience in LMS administration, strong data sensitivity, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, robust functional parameters, all while operating effectively in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment.
