Job Summary

Join a mission-driven foundation supporting children and adults with complex mental or emotional needs. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-level phone support to users, manage hardware and software inventory, set up and document IT equipment, and distribute consumables. You'll work 50% part-time at our Kürten-Biesfeld location. We seek someone open to new technologies, willing to learn complex IT structures, with a completed commercial or IT vocational training (desirable) and confident handling of Microsoft software. A service-oriented, friendly demeanor and identification with Christian values are essential.
