Job Summary
In this role, you will provide first-level IT support to users via phone, handle hardware and software inventory, setup, and documentation, and manage the distribution of consumables. The ideal candidate is open to new technologies, willing to learn complex IT structures, and has a strong command of Microsoft software. A completed commercial or IT-related vocational training is desirable. The position offers a supportive team environment, structured onboarding, and benefits such as job ticket and bike leasing. This part-time role (50%) is based in Kürten-Biesfeld and is initially fixed-term.
