Job Summary

As a Junior Electrical Engineer at DB Energie GmbH, you will plan and design power supply systems for Berlin's S-Bahn network, ensuring reliable energy for thousands of daily passengers. Your day-to-day work includes developing technical solutions for substations, rectifier systems, and switchgear, as well as creating cost and schedule plans for projects. You will coordinate with specialist planners and engineering firms, conduct on-site inspections of facilities, and prepare performance specifications. The role involves working with protection, control, and measurement technology, as well as station control and remote control systems. You will be trained through a six-month qualification and mentoring program covering railway power supply, structures, processes, and regulations. Required Skills

Education
