This role is for an ambitious Service Desk Employee who will be the central point of contact for incoming service requests, change requests, and incident reports from users. You will be responsible for providing qualified first-level support via phone and email for software and hardware issues, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting these issues in a ticketing system. The position involves acting as a crucial communication interface between users and other support teams, ensuring tickets are managed and monitored according to Service Level Agreements.
