Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer for Machine Tools at FERCHAU, you will manage technical sub-projects involving new developments, retrofits, and modularization in electrical design. Your day-to-day work includes designing electrical cabinets for complex machine tools, selecting appropriate components such as relays, switches, and connectors, and creating circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams, wiring lists, and equipment plans using the CAE tool E3-series. You will implement customer requirements according to given specifications. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification as a state-certified technician, along with solid experience in electrical design using modern CAE tools like EPlan or E3.
