Job Summary

As a Service Desk Agent at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will be the first point of contact for IT incidents and requests in a project for a renowned company in Tittmoning. Your day-to-day activities include receiving and processing inquiries via phone, email, or monitoring systems, using a ticket system for documentation. You will independently analyze and resolve simple issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure compliance with response and resolution times. In second-level support, you will perform defined technical tasks, install standard and specialized software, and manage user accounts in various applications. The role requires a completed IT vocational training, strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, practical experience in software and hardware, and ideally ITIL certification.
