Job Summary

As a Test Engineer for Plant Operation at our pilot plant, you will be responsible for commissioning and starting up the test facility, ensuring all contractually agreed performance parameters are met during customer and internal trials. You will continuously optimize process parameters in close coordination with the test supervisor, ensure machine configurations for specific tests including modifications and quality controls, and create and implement test plans with customers. You will also contribute to recipe optimization, further develop the test facility, plan and coordinate modifications and maintenance, and maintain the LOP list. Additionally, you will optimize plant configuration for efficient customer trials, create technical documentation, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, conduct safety briefings, and support shift planning and technical guidance of operators.
