Job Summary

As a Digital Project Manager at FERCHAU's headquarters in Gummersbach, you will steer complex digital transformation projects, collaborating with IT platforms and business departments. Your day-to-day involves organizing projects using agile methodologies, preparing analyses and decision papers for management, documenting processes, and supporting change management. You will advise management on project steering, monitor budgets and timelines, and create regular status reports. The role requires a completed degree in STEM or business, at least three years of comparable professional experience, and knowledge of agile project management. Strong IT affinity, MS Office skills, and experience with methods like PRINCE2, Scrum, or Kanban are essential. Excellent communication and service orientation are key.
