Job Summary
Join our internal team at FERCHAU's headquarters in Gummersbach as a Salesforce Developer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations. Your role will involve advising on technical feasibility and best practices, ensuring code quality through reviews, and supporting integration scenarios. You'll also contribute to release management, DevOps processes, and bug fixing. This position offers the opportunity to advance your skills in an innovative environment, working with a supportive team and contributing your own ideas. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background and a passion for driving technology forward.
Required Skills
Education
Completed MINT (STEM) degree or comparable vocational training
Experience
- Minimum of five years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role
- Experience in complex multi-cloud or enterprise environments is ideal
- Experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles
- Experience with Salesforce security and sharing models
Languages
Additional
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Integration Architect are advantageous. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and service-oriented attitude.
