Job Summary
The Federal Highway Research Institute (FBA) is seeking a Business Informatics Specialist to join their B 1 "Innovations and International Cooperation" department in Leipzig. This role involves supporting the implementation of IT development projects commissioned by ITKo, a federal and state committee for road-related IT systems. You will be instrumental in the project planning and control of innovative IT projects in road construction, including systems for building structures, land acquisition, winter service management, and compensation cadastres. This position offers a diverse and challenging environment within a newly established, modern federal administration, providing an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects in Germany.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or FH-Diplom in Business Informatics or a comparable field
Experience
- At least three years of practical experience in the information technology sector
- Professional experience in project management, preferably in IT project planning
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips within Germany
