Job Summary

As a Working Student in Online Campus & Digital Learning, you will actively shape the development of our online campus as a modern learning management system. Your day-to-day tasks include supporting the further development and operational management of the platform, coordinating and optimizing interfaces with third-party systems, and creating digital learning content such as videos and training materials. You will collaborate with internal departments to translate complex topics into user-friendly training, handle user inquiries, and contribute your own ideas to enhance the digital learning landscape. The ideal candidate is a currently enrolled student in business informatics, media informatics, media management, business administration with HR focus, or a related field, with strong technical understanding, structured working style, and creativity. First experience in digital content creation is a plus. This role offers flexible working hours, remote work options, and the chance to work in a dynamic company driving the energy transition.
