Job Summary
Join a dynamic team focused on the maintenance, repair, improvement, and inspection of wind turbines. As a Service Technician specializing in Nordex® systems, you will be responsible for handling service and maintenance orders, performing repairs on electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components, and diagnosing/resolving electronic faults. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced Nordex® Gamma, Alpha, and Beta turbine types, requiring strong knowledge of control systems, hydraulics, power electronics, and general mechanics. The position emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and independent work, with a focus on local assignments allowing you to return home daily. Continuous professional development through practical training ensures you stay at the forefront of wind energy technology.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or comparable technical qualification with an electrical engineering focus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
- Proven practical knowledge of Nordex® turbine systems, specifically Nordex® Gamma
- Experience performing maintenance on Nordex® Alpha/Beta and Gamma turbines
- Experience with control and regulation technology
- Experience with hydraulics
- Experience with power electronics
- Experience with general mechanics
- Experience reading hydraulic diagrams
- Experience analyzing hydraulic system faults
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience reading inverters
- Experience connecting to azimuth converters
- Experience programming pitch converters
