Job Summary

The University of Göttingen is seeking a Project Coordinator for its "Potenziale strategisch entfalten" (PSE) funding initiative. This role involves overall project coordination, quality assurance, and the development and implementation of impact-oriented monitoring. You will analyze progress, identify challenges, and provide recommendations to shape the university's research profile. Key responsibilities include developing KPIs, collecting qualitative data, creating reports, and fostering communication networks among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in qualitative research methods and quantitative data analysis, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university studies (Master's degree or equivalent), preferably in Economics, Social Sciences, or Public Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex processes or knowledge and experience in project management
  • Experience in qualitative social research methods and quantitative data analysis
  • Experience in university controlling or data-based organizational management is advantageous
  • Knowledge of structures and workflows within universities or comparable organizations
  • Professional experience in research and transfer environments is advantageous
  • Experience with graphical programs or statistics and survey software is advantageous
