Job Summary

This PhD position at the University of Göttingen, within Prof. Dr. Arnulf Quadt's research group, focuses on experimental particle physics using data from the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. The role involves analyzing data related to Top-Quark and Higgs-Boson physics, specifically measuring their properties and investigating Standard Model gauge couplings and Effective Field Theories. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-level physical data analysis, contributing to experimental service work, and supporting the supervision of students. Candidates will join a well-integrated research group participating in the BMBF-funded LHC-ErUM-FSP-103 ATLAS project.
