Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Manager/Facility Manager to oversee all technical operations and fire safety systems within our hotels. This role involves leading and developing the technical team, including event technology and setup crews. You will be responsible for creating duty and vacation schedules, planning maintenance and repairs, and performing necessary repairs yourself. Key duties include material ordering, invoice control, budget creation and adherence for maintenance, energy, and repair costs, negotiating with external companies for services, analyzing consumption data, and ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all technical building equipment. You will also monitor energy-saving measures, conduct safety briefings, resolve technical malfunctions, and report to hotel management.
