Job Summary
This role is responsible for the overall smooth operation of all technical areas and fire safety equipment within the hotel. You will lead and develop the technical, event technology, and setup teams, creating duty and vacation schedules. Key responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance and repair work, managing material orders, controlling invoices, and developing budgets while ensuring adherence to maintenance, energy, and repair costs. You will also be involved in obtaining quotes, negotiating prices with external companies, analyzing consumption figures, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of technical building equipment and energy-saving measures. The position requires ensuring operational readiness, maintenance, and repair of all technical building systems, conducting safety briefings, and resolving malfunctions. Reporting to the Hotel Director and Regional Technical Manager, this is a full-time position starting September 1, 2026.
