IT Support Staff | Mitarbeiter IT-Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary
As an IT Support Staff member, you will be instrumental in connecting people and technology by providing essential support to colleagues. Your daily tasks will involve assisting employees with hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and installing/configuring operating systems and applications. You will also perform error analysis and troubleshooting within 1st and 2nd level support, document support cases, and collaborate with external service providers and other IT teams. This role requires a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification, good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN), and a friendly, service-oriented approach. The position offers the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility, and develop your skills within a team that is passionate about technology.
