Job Summary
Join FERCHAU as an IT Support Staff member to connect people and technology, finding the perfect match for clients and tackling complex projects. In this role, you will support employees with IT issues, manage hardware and software, set up and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and install/configure operating systems and applications. You'll perform first and second-level support, analyze and resolve errors, document support cases, and collaborate with external service providers and other IT teams. Education
Completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
