Job Summary

This role involves providing hands-on IT support to employees, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues at their workstations. Collaboration with the central IT team and other departments is key. The ideal candidate possesses an IT education or equivalent practical experience, proficiency with Windows systems and Microsoft Office, and foundational knowledge of network infrastructure. Strong organizational, service-oriented, and communication skills are essential for interacting with users.
