Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Manager to actively shape and advance our IT Service Management practices. This role involves defining, implementing, and optimizing ITSM processes according to ITIL standards, working closely with operational IT teams to expand standardized workflows and service offerings. You will be responsible for targeted communication with business departments and stakeholders, maintaining process and service descriptions, and supporting the digitalization and automation of service processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, with strong knowledge of IT Service Management and practical ITIL experience. Experience with BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools, along with skills in Business-IT alignment, process design, and service design, are essential. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification. OCEB certification is an advantage.

Experience
