Completed apprenticeship in IT or a degree in a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support
- Experience with PC hardware
- Experience with communication technology (e.g., VoIP telephony)
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016)
- Experience with ticketing and remote tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Remedy, Zendesk)
- Experience with ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN is desirable
