Job Summary
The Bezirksregierung Arnsberg is seeking a Technical Officer for Department 64, focusing on Mining and Legal Affairs, specifically within the 'Procedural Support for Planning and Projects' unit in Dortmund. This full-time, permanent role involves process management, organizational leadership, and personnel management for the team. Key responsibilities include providing information and statements on mining conditions and risks to private entities and other authorities, as well as supporting digitalization processes in mining administration. The ideal candidate will have a scientific university degree in mining-related fields or equivalent public service qualification, coupled with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Class B driver's license is also required. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university studies (Diplom, Master, or Magister) in Mining Surveying, Mining, Mine Surveying, Geodesy, Resource Engineering, Energy and Raw Material Supply Engineering, Geoengineering and Post-Mining, Sustainable Raw Material and Energy Supply, or a comparable field; OR qualification for public service in career group 2, second entry level in mining or surveying.
Experience
- Professional experience in mining surveying and mining plans
- Experience with Geoinformation and database systems
- Experience with MS Office products
