Job Summary

This role involves providing essential support within the IT department of a foundation dedicated to assisting children, adolescents, and adults with complex psychological or emotional needs. You will be responsible for daily tasks such as user support via phone, managing hardware and software inventory, setup, and documentation, as well as distributing consumables. The ideal candidate is open to new technologies, willing to learn complex IT structures, and possesses strong skills in Microsoft software. A background in IT or a commercial apprenticeship is desirable.
