Job Summary
Join a dedicated foundation as an IT Department Administrator in Kürten-Biesfeld, working part-time (50%) to support a team of approximately 650 employees. Your daily tasks will involve providing telephone support and user assistance, managing hardware and software inventories, setting up new equipment, and documenting IT assets. You will also be responsible for distributing consumables. The ideal candidate is open to new technologies, eager to learn complex IT structures, and possesses a friendly, service-oriented demeanor. While a background in IT or a commercial apprenticeship is preferred, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is key. Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship in the commercial or IT sector is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related field is desirable.
