Job Summary

The Head of HR will be responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive HR strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and supporting ongoing organizational transformation. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated HR team, fostering their development, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with Swiss labor law. A key aspect is acting as a strategic advisor to management on complex organizational and legal matters, driving cultural integration across multiple sites (Baldegg, Bern, Sierre, Renens), and professionalizing HR processes. The role requires strong analytical skills to provide data-driven reports to the executive board and serve as the liaison for HR matters related to Swiss Post.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration with a focus on HR. Ideally supplemented by further education in Change Management or Organizational Development.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HR in a comparable leadership position (Head of HR or HR Business Partner)
  • Experience operating within a complex and dynamic organizational environment
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and strong operational implementation
  • Proven expertise in fostering positive corporate culture and managing cultural integration
