Job Summary

The Ministry for Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalization and Energy is seeking three Project Managers to lead internal administration digitization projects, focusing on the implementation of a new electronic case file (e-file) system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closing, including task, budget, and time planning, monitoring progress, and stakeholder communication. You will also be responsible for developing project management artifacts, coordinating procurement, and preparing/moderating workshops. The ideal candidate will have a scientific university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) and several years of project management experience, preferably in IT or digitization projects within public administration. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (classic and agile) and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
