Job Summary

The University City of Freiberg is seeking an Administrator for Wastewater Collection Systems and Geodata Management to manage and process data related to wastewater infrastructure. This role involves developing concepts for managing inventory data, maintaining and analyzing this data, and processing surface data to determine sealed property areas for billing purposes. You will also handle other wastewater data, including property parcels, water body changes, and engineering surveys, and administer the Geographic Information System (GIS), including software updates and user management. The position requires a degree in Geoinformatics, Informatics, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, along with strong IT skills in GIS and database systems, and knowledge of DWA regulations and DIN EN standards. A valid driver's license is also necessary. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits within the public service sector.
