As the Commercial Director for the municipal building and property management department of Freiberg, you will lead a team of 13 employees responsible for all commercial aspects of city-owned properties. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of annual economic plans and financial statements in accordance with legal regulations, managing cash administration, and conducting financial controlling to identify risks. Required Skills

Education
