Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Trade Manager in a prestigious high-rise building, you will lead projects focused on the maintenance, repair, and modernization of technical building equipment. Your responsibilities will include preparing measurements and calculations, developing offers, overseeing in-house technicians for the electrical department, managing and controlling subcontractors, and maintaining digital order processing within the CAFM system. This role requires a technical education as an electrician with further training as a technician or master, at least three years of professional experience in electrical engineering, and a solid understanding of various trades. Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. The position is based in Frankfurt am Main and offers an indefinite full-time contract with an attractive salary and benefits.
