In this role, you will manage incoming reports via a ticketing system focused on electrical engineering, coordinate in-house technicians, and oversee external contractors. Your responsibilities will include commissioning, operating, monitoring, and maintaining building technical systems, as well as ensuring the proper execution of maintenance, inspections, and compliance checks (DGUV-V3). This position requires a Meister or Technician qualification in electrical engineering, experience with CAFM systems and personnel management, and strong customer orientation.
