Job Summary

This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of educational services within the Kreis Groß-Gerau region. The successful candidate will contribute to building and refining a quality management system, including planning and analyzing surveys for parents, children, and staff, and maintaining monitoring tools. Additionally, they will manage the pedagogical training program, from assessing needs and organizing events to handling invoices and evolving the offerings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established public-law institution focused on expanding full-day school programs, playing a key role in ensuring educational quality and implementing new legal entitlements. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with surveys and monitoring.

Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist, office communications clerk, industrial clerk, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative support roles
  • Experience in coordinating and planning activities with various stakeholders
  • Experience with budget and invoice processing
  • Driving license class B
