As a Regional Manager for the Educational Service of the Groß-Gerau District, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of all-day school services. This position involves the professional and personnel management of assigned all-day schools, where you will be responsible for developing educational quality standards and preparing for the legal entitlement to all-day care starting in 2026. Your day-to-day work includes crisis management, conflict resolution, and serving as a key liaison between schools, parents, and local administration. You will work within a dedicated team of regional leads and specialist advisors to implement strategic educational goals. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Social Work, or a completed qualification as a Certified Administrative Manager (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel and functional leadership within an educational or administrative context
- Experience in the development and implementation of quality standards in a public or educational setting
- Proven experience in crisis management and conflict resolution
- Experience in networking and representing organizational interests in specialist committees and working groups
