Job Summary
Airbus Helicopters is seeking an ME Process Engineer to join their growing Major Component Assembly (MCA) team in Donauwörth. This role is crucial for supporting production areas by managing manufacturing engineering, configuration implementation, and production planning to meet delivery targets for over 400 MCAs. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, logistics, and purchasing departments, as well as internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys international and cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to the success of the H175 helicopter family. This is a permanent, full-time position offering significant opportunities for professional development and involvement in advanced aerospace manufacturing.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree ideally in Aerospace Engineering or a qualified further education as a Technician (m/f/d) with related advanced specialized qualification (e.g., REFA, MTM and ideally Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
Experience
- Experience in manufacturing processes and production/assembly technology.
- Experience in design and development is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing preparation is desirable.
- Experience with 3D CAD systems like CATIA V5 is desirable.
- Experience with SAP R3.
- Experience with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and MS Office.
