Job Summary

As a Customer Material Manager for the NH90 military helicopter program at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, you will serve as the primary interface between the customer and the company regarding logistics. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the end-to-end processing of customer orders for spare parts, repairs, and retrofits. You will act as a focal point for coordinating with subcontractors and partner companies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing strategic action plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance logistics services.
