Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Technician specializing in Media Technology to join our team in Amberg. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, complaint management, and troubleshooting of existing media technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, screens, cameras, and sound systems. You will also be involved in the conceptualization, implementation, and commissioning of new systems, as well as supporting info points and events. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Media Technology or a comparable degree such as a Master's or Technician in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, along with approximately 5 years of professional experience in media and event technology. Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SAP (order and project processing, inventory lists), and classic Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams) is required.
