Job Summary

Join the BFI Unternehmensgruppe as an IT User Help Desk Specialist in one of their major German cities (Nuremberg, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg, or Ingolstadt). In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of complex IT systems, handle ticket processing according to SLAs, and provide 1st and 2nd level support. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving incidents, managing customer communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and performing remote analysis. You will also be involved in system administration, monitoring, software maintenance, and patch management. The ideal candidate has a technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent qualification, good knowledge of current hardware and software, operating systems (client/server), MS Office, and basic network technology. Strong German and good English language skills are required. This position offers valuable experience in complex project environments with opportunities for client takeover and is also suitable for career starters and career changers.
