This role is responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining the company-wide IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) system, aligning with standards like ISO 27001 and ITIL. You will conduct risk and availability analyses, define recovery time objectives (RTOs), and develop technical ITSCM concepts and IT recovery plans. A key part of the role involves planning and executing ITSC tests and exercises, and collaborating closely with teams such as Business Continuity Management and Information Security Management. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT-related fields, significant experience in IT Service Management and Project Management, a strong understanding of IT infrastructures and recovery strategies, and familiarity with relevant standards. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, alongside fluent German and good English proficiency.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable course of study

Experience

  • Several years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Several years of experience in IT Disaster/Continuity Management

  • Professional experience with standards like ISO 27031, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, KritisV, DORA
