As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will hold strategic and technical responsibility for the entire ServiceNow ecosystem throughout its lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, managing the CMDB, overseeing license management, and coordinating with both internal and external implementation partners.
