Job Summary
Randstad Professional is seeking a Technical Assistant for a permanent, full-time role in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Biberach. In this position, you will independently plan and execute analytical methods for the characterization and quality control of raw materials under cGMP conditions. Your responsibilities include evaluating results, ensuring their plausibility, preparing them for batch release, and managing the validation of analytical equipment. You will also contribute to method development, adaptation, and validation, and oversee the transfer of analytical methods into routine analytics. The role involves data evaluation, report generation, and creating GMP-relevant documentation like SOPs. This position requires a strong understanding of GMP guidelines and practical experience in pharmaceutical analytics, particularly with spectroscopic methods like FT-IR.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, CTA, PTA, or comparable qualification in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceuticals, or Biology)
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceuticals, or Biology)
- Good GMP knowledge and experience working under GMP guidelines in pharmaceutical analytics
- Initial practical experience with spectroscopic methods, especially FT-IR spectroscopy
- Experience with analytical equipment validation and documentation
