Job Summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the integration of communication and information systems within their modern, eco-friendly rail vehicles. You will be responsible for the technical and timely integration of passenger information systems (FIS), automatic passenger counting (APC), CCTV, and internet on board (IoB) throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. This involves creating functional concepts, guiding technical implementation (mechanical, electrical, software), defining use cases, deriving system requirements, and managing development progress with internal teams and external suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in communications engineering or computer science, several years of experience in system integration, strong knowledge of communication/network technologies and architectures, and a good understanding of hardware/software system integration. Familiarity with railway-specific standards is a plus.
